She listened patiently to what I wanted, gave helpful suggestions, and delivered exactly the look I was hoping for. Her technique was smooth and professional, and I walked out feeling really confident with my new style. The salon was well-managed and had a very welcoming vibe, thanks to Gauri, the branch manager. She ensured everything ran smoothly and checked in to make sure I was comfortable throughout. It’s always nice to see such good coordination and hospitality.
